Creating a Compassionate Storyline

Therapy can offer a safe space in which to grow and challenge oneself. I aim to create a secure and trusted connection with my clients so they feel able to look deeply within. Working together, I can help you discover unconscious thoughts, beliefs and emotions. We slowly nurture greater awareness and acceptance of the core aspects of your identity.

The stories we tell ourselves make up the narrative of who we are. I engage you in creating a deeper understanding of your own narrative: how you see yourself, how you understand yourself in relationship, what you see as the crucial events that shape your life and what you see as your assets and your deficits. We work together to peel back the layers of this story and build a new, more compassionate storyline.

The journey to a deeper connection to Self can be difficult. Yet fear can be our greatest ally, signaling for us to explore and go deeper. I will compassionately walk with you during these times, while you begin to author a future free from the old stories that keep you from realizing that you are much more than you know.
