Janika Jenson, Client Journey Specialist

Janika has loved studying psychology and the reasons why people do what they do ever since her first psychology class as a sophomore in high school. She graduated with an Associate Degree from Snow College in 2017 and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and minor in Organizational Communication from Utah State University in 2019. Janika has had the opportunity to present research at the Rocky Mountain Psychological Association Convention during her time as an undergraduate student. She also had the opportunity to complete an apprenticeship alongside an elementary school counselor and later decided to take that path herself. She  was recently accepted into the Master of School Counseling program at Utah State University and is projected to graduate at the end of 2021.

Apart from her education, Janika has had a wide variety of employment and volunteer experience. Some of her favorite experiences include working as a camp counselor for Especially For Youth (where she met her husband) and volunteering throughout the Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota areas serving and teaching in every capacity possible. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family, re-purposing old clothing or fabric to make something new, singing, and dancing!
