Caisie Neeley, Resident Therapist

WORKING WITH Couples & INDIVIDUALS

My therapeutic focus is about seeing the whole person, which involves looking at the mental, social, spiritual, and physical aspects of each client’s situation.

My professional training combined with the experience of family life—with my husband Ryan and our three children— has prepared me to help clients with a variety of issues including postpartum and hormone imbalance issues, anxiety, depression, OCD, perfectionism, and. faith.

I am particularly passionate about working with couples. My focus is on helping you to increase your capacity—as an individual and as a couple—to handle the inherent stressors of an intimate relationship. Some of those issues include: sex, desire, communication, intimacy, and conflict.

I believe life is about gaining experience and finding meaning—a process that looks different for each of us. I am humbled and honored to work with you in the most vulnerable of times.

PERSONAL HISTORY

After the birth of my third baby I faced a life altering medical diagnosis that strengthened me and also initiated my journey of becoming a therapist! This experience, and my own battle with mental health issues, has given me more compassion and confidence about tackling difficult issues.

My favorite things are my husband and family, reading fiction, golfing in sunshine, and studying history.
